DESCRIPTION

Full-time position reporting directly to Controller responsible for Monthly Commissions Processing as well as Reporting and Trending analysis. MicroCorp is an Atlanta based leading Master Agency supporting over 1000 Agents with over 45 Telecommunications Carriers and back-office Sales and Support Services and Systems. The Commissions Reporting Analyst is a position intended to support the rapid growth that the company has experienced and should continue to experience in the future. In addition to commission processing duties they will be responsible for exception handling, carrier liaison, and trending reports and analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Commissions Reporting Analyst must maintain complete integrity and honesty at all levels to maintain the credibility of the financial records for management and any outside entities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete Commissions Automation Project
  • Work with Commission Departments for each MicroCorp carrier
  • Recommend and Implement Improvements
  • Coordinate Monthly Close
  • Process Monthly Commissions
  • Escalation of Variances to Management
  • Special Financial Studies and analysis as directed by Management

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Position requires a high degree of business acumen, attention to detail and leadership skills
  • Prior commissions reporting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3-5 years of prior work experience
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple variables with a minimum of precedent
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office

Job Position: Pre-Sales Solution Specialist

Microcorp is looking for outgoing individual to work as Pre-Sales Solution Specialist with a strong Telecom Background.   The Pre-Sales Solution Specialist will work with agents and telecom carriers to find and price the best telecom solution for our customers.

This individual will be a self starter and will have excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. The Pre-Sales Solution Specialist should have a good understanding of what MPLS, SIP Trunking, Ethernet, PRIs, and Integrated T1s products are and how they work.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years Telecom experience
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to review invoices and understand the pricing components of products such as: PRIs, Integrated T1s, MPLS, Ethernet, SIP Trunking and Internet applications.

Preferred Skills
Account Management Skills
Experience with Network Designs and solutions
Trouble Ticket Management experience
Experience with Carriers pricing portals such as: Masterstream, OneSource, Channellink, Q.Pricer, ODST

Job Position: Sales – Partner Managers

DESCRIPTION

The MicroCorp Partner Manager’s key responsibility is supporting existing agents and VARS who market carrier services through MicroCorp vendors. This position is also responsible for the recruiting and pre-qualification of new professional sales Agents and VARS for the company.  
 
As a liaison between the agent, carrier and MicroCorp Support Staff, the Partner Manager ensures the smooth communication and collaboration between all parties
 
The Partner Manager must have an exceptional understanding of business planning, funnel management, timely follow up and professional communication skills (both oral and written)  They must be motivated to meet and exceed plan targets.  

Available Cities – Nationwide (United States)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit Independent Sales Agents and VARS to MicroCorp
  • Effectively Manage Agents and VARs to success
  • Responsible for Agent & VAR Satisfaction
  • Achieve sales quota and manage churn
  • Provide on-going training related to industry trends and vendor offerings
  • Serve as a valuable resource and assist with larger opportunities
  • Coordinate with MicroCorp Pricing and Sales Support team
  • Drive creative ideas and solutions to the entire organization

  • Minimum of 5 Years in Telecommunications Industry (Carrier Services)
  • Minimum of 2 Years in Channel Management / Sales Management positions.
  • Documented track record for meeting or exceeding sales quota
