• MicroCorp is the FIRST and ONLY Master Agency that manages your orders with our proprietary Quality Assurance Benchmark system. This system is part of Nautilus and measures the progress of your orders by nine different milestones. Each of the nine milestones has its own SLA benchmark that is broken down by service provider and all of the products that provider sells. Based on the number of service providers we support, the products they sell and the number of milestones we track, there are over 36,000 different benchmarks in our system.
• If a progress milestone is ever at risk or fails, the appropriate person is automatically notified. Responses can be entered into our Order Management system by simply replying to an e-mail.
• All parties are kept on the same page. Our system supports true Collaboration between our back office staff, the agent, the carrier, the end customer and even an equipment vendor if necessary.
