Best of all, notes and comments are automatically updated in Nautilus by simply replying to an e-mail. This way there is no need to log into Nautilus each time you need to update the system. Simply use e-mail just like you do today and Nautilus updates the appropriate note automatically.

Nautilus was built from the ground up to be a fully integrated platform that manages and measures every aspect of our business. The results of our Quality Assurance Benchmark System are reported in over 60 dashboards throughout the various modules of Nautilus. As any given benchmark approaches a failure, the proper people are notified and a new set of escalation benchmarks are established for the given issue.
