Nautilus allows for seamless collaboration between MicroCorp Staff, Carriers, Agents, VARS and End Customers. The platform also supports both private and public conversations between parties. Best of all, notes and comments are automatically updated in Nautilus by simply replying to an e-mail. This way there is no need to log into Nautilus each time you need to update the system. Simply use e-mail just like you do today and Nautilus updates the appropriate note automatically.

In order to have an effective Back Office Management Platform, all modules must work together in a seamless environment. Nautilus was built from the ground up to be a fully integrated platform that manages and measures every aspect of our business. Everything from Quotes, Order Tracking, Trouble Tickets, Commissioning and Renewals all work together and are managed and measured from within Nautilus.
At MicroCorp, we believe it is important to be Proactive instead of Reactive. The Quality Assurance Benchmark system is part of Nautilus and helps us find and address issues before they happen. By identifying and measuring key process milestones throughout all aspects of the business, we are able to pinpoint and escalate issues before they even occur.
The results of our Quality Assurance Benchmark System are reported in over 60 dashboards throughout the various modules of Nautilus. As any given benchmark approaches a failure, the proper people are notified and a new set of escalation benchmarks are established for the given issue.
