Hybrid IT Sales Engineer
The Hybrid IT Sales Engineer is a partner/customer facing position supporting new and existing partners to drive sales and new revenue. Best candidate for this position will be highly effective at building and maintaining relationships with partners and providers as a technical resource and subject matter expert in data center, hybrid IT, DRaaS, (Cloud). This role will focus on sales opportunities and partner knowledge development, as well as, assisting partners in developing a strategic technology roadmap. To achieve success, a working knowledge of and being proficient in all technologies of managed services will be critical. We seek a candidate that will strive to be viewed as a thought leader in the Cloud space. The most successful candidate has strong sales abilities and is eager to work as a direct overlay to the sales team.
Partner Manager/Strategic Partner Manager
The Partner Manager is an essential part of the Sales Organization and the success of MicroCorp. The Partner Manager will report directly to the Manager of Partner Support. The Partner Manager is responsible for proactively working directly with an assigned group of Partners to enhance their sales success while achieving their personal quota revenue and MicroCorp revenue goals. The Partner Manager owns the Partner Experience and takes direct responsibility for insuring all Partners have the MicroCorp resources, education, carrier introductions, and knowledge to build a solid recurring revenue stream through MicroCorp. The Partner Manager takes primary responsibility for insuring the partner experience is exceptional and acts as a Partner Advocate within MicroCorp.
