MicroCorp Forms New Cloud Services Division with Open Spectrum

Highlights master agent’s growth in cloud sales.

Marietta, GA – MicroCorp, an advanced solutions distributor for data, voice, Unified Communications, SD-WAN and data center services, announces today that through an equity investment it has acquired and integrated the services and capabilities of Open Spectrum, creating a new Cloud Services Division and providing its channel partners with a robust consultancy resource for SMB and enterprise opportunities. Open Spectrum founder and CEO, Sean Patrick Tario, will join MicroCorp’s senior leadership team and spearhead the new Cloud Services Division.

The new division will specialize in the areas of colocation, hosted, hybrid, cloud, security, IaaS, Hosted Desktop and DRaaS solutions. Open Spectrum’s professional services experience includes complex risk assessments, TCO and security audits of both owned and third party hosted infrastructure environments.
